01Acceptance
By using Scanily you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
02Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Chargily. There is no automatic renewal — your subscription covers a fixed period (30 days or 365 days). To continue using Premium after that period, you renew manually. No cancellation is needed.
03Refunds
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used premium features during that period. Contact support@scanily.boudjaislem.dev to request a refund.
04Acceptable use
You may not use Scanily to scan, share, or distribute illegal content. You are responsible for the documents you process.
05Limitation of liability
Scanily is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or damage arising from use of the app.
